The stylesheet p13-processinginstructions.xsl
has examples of all processing
instructions you can can add to XML markup to format PDF. The processing instructions shown in
the stylesheet are:
- punctuation—curly apostrophe, straight apostrophe, en dash, em dash
- lists—change <variablelist> to block paragraph/two-column table,
width for terms and whole table in <variablelist>, width for label in
bullet/numbered lists, starting number in a numbered list
- graphics—float type for sidebar, width for sidebar
- keeps and breaks—hard page break, soft page break, one-line break, two-line break, space
before text, keep content together.
